Origin Enterprises Plc – Launch of a €100 million tender offer

ARYZTA AG is the majority shareholder in Origin Enterprises Plc (“Origin”), which is listed on the AIM in London (OGN) and the ESM in Dublin (OIZ).  Origin has released a statement relating to the launch of a €100 million tender offer.
