Origin Enterprises Plc – Half Year Results FY 2011 and Announcement of Strategic Acquisitions

ARYZTA AG’s 71.4% subsidiary; Origin Enterprises Plc (“Origin”), which is listed on the AIM in London (OGN) and the ESM in Dublin (OIZ), announced its half year results for the six months ended 31 January 2011 today, Thursday, 10 March 2011. Separately, Origin has also today announced the details of two strategic acquisitions in agri-services.
