Origin Enterprises Plc – Disposal of Marine Proteins and Oils JV Interest

ARYZTA AG is the majority shareholder in Origin Enterprises Plc (“Origin”), which is listed on the AIM in London (OGN) and the ESM in Dublin (OIZ).  Origin has released a statement relating to the disposal of its Marine Proteins and Oils JV interest.
